1. What you can do

You may use AI Bhai for personal, everyday purposes: asking questions, writing and translating, studying, planning, creating images, and talking over live voice calls, within the limits of your access (such as trial caps and fair-use limits).

2. What you can't do

You must not misuse the service. The binding rules live in our Acceptable Use Policy, and include no illegal content, abuse or harassment, spam or fraud, attempts to bypass safeguards or usage limits, and no automated scraping or bulk abuse.

3. Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate sign-in information and keep your account credentials private.
• You are responsible for activity under your account — tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
• One person per account; access granted by invite codes is personal and non-transferable.

4. Acceptable use

Use of AI Bhai is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Serious or repeated violations can lead to limits, suspension, or termination.

5. Intellectual-property ownership

The AI Bhai name, logo, software, and service design belong to us and our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you; we grant you a personal, revocable licence to use the service while your account is in good standing.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, photos, and prompts you provide. You grant us a licence to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service (for example, sending a message to an AI provider to generate your reply). You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload. Outputs generated for you are provided for your personal use.

7. AI limitations and disclaimers

AI Bhai can make mistakes, misunderstand you, or generate incomplete information. It is not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Always verify important information before acting on it. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Availability

We work to keep AI Bhai reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may change, pause, or be discontinued, and features (including free trials and invite access) may be adjusted or withdrawn at any time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for fraud or abuse, for prolonged inactivity, or to comply with law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that should survive (such as IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue after termination.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Bhai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (the service is currently free, so this may be zero) or the minimum amount the law allows.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly that way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location we confirm when acknowledging your complaint.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be flagged in the app or on this page with a new date; continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
