Acceptable Use Policy

1. Illegal content and activity

Do not use AI Bhai for anything unlawful: no CSAM or sexual content involving minors, no terrorism or violent wrongdoing, no weapons or cyberattack facilitation, and no advice or instructions that break the law.

2. Abuse, harassment, and hate

Do not harass, threaten, bully, or stalk anyone, and do not generate hateful content targeting people for protected characteristics such as religion, caste, gender, or ethnicity. Do not use voice calls to intimidate or deceive.

3. Spam, fraud, and deception

• No spam, bulk unsolicited outreach, or misleading content such as scams and phishing.
• No impersonation of real people, companies, or of AI Bhai itself.
• No fake reviews, astroturfing, or deceptive commercial content.

4. Attempts to bypass safeguards

• No “jailbreak” prompts or other attempts to make the AI ignore its safety rules.
• No evading trial limits, rate limits, suspensions, or invite-only access (for example, with fake accounts or network tricks).
• No trying to extract system instructions, other users' data, or non-public service internals.

5. Automated abuse

Do not scrape the service, automate bulk prompting, resell API-style access to your account, or probe the service for vulnerabilities except through responsible disclosure to us first.

6. Privacy of others

Do not upload or share someone else's private information (addresses, phone numbers, IDs, intimate images), and do not use voice features to record or clone voices without consent.

7. Enforcement and reporting

We may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and we may remove offending content. If you see misuse, report it with details and, where possible, the time it happened. Serious unlawful activity may be reported to the authorities.
