Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free access and trials

The landing-page trial and waiting list need no card. Invite-based access carries no charge, and the Free plan stays free. Paid plans bill from the day you subscribe and renew monthly until cancelled.

2. Trial terms

The public trial currently includes a short live voice call (about a minute) and a small number of text exchanges per visitor. Trials are for genuine personal evaluation, are rate-limited per device or network, and may be adjusted or withdrawn at any time to prevent abuse.

3. Paid subscriptions (via Dodo Payments)

Checkout, invoices, and card/UPI processing run through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. The plan screen confirms the price before you pay:

• Cancellation. Cancel any time from the app or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. We will show the price and renewal date before you subscribe.
• Refund eligibility. Except where consumer law gives you stronger rights, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If we bill you in error, tell us and we will correct it or refund the erroneous charge.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails we will retry and notify you; access to paid features may pause until payment succeeds, and long-unpaid accounts may be downgraded to free access.

4. When access ends

When a trial ends, a subscription is cancelled, or an account is closed, paid features stop at the end of the applicable period and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Free-tier access continues where available.
